MISSION STATEMENT
Welcome to Iran Negah, where our mission is to improve the flow of information from Iran to the rest of the world. Aside from discussing Iran's nuclear ambitions, today's media rarely unveils life inside Iran. We want people to see more.
In Farsi, "negah" means "look," and thus the name evokes a sense of the chance to peer through a sort of window into everyday Iranian life - something that most of us hardly have an opportunity to do. Iran Negah employs clips from Iranian media, raw footage, and historical footage to provide you with an inside look into Iranian culture, politics and society. Everyday, our team monitors Iranian TV and handpicks the most interesting segments to share exclusively with our viewers.
Our video archive is a unique and valuable resource available free to view for everyone. The site is of course always a work in progress. We are constantly working on adding more videos to our archive, updating you on the latest events in Iran, and subtitling our videos into English. We hope that Iran Negah will serve as an educational resource for everyone interested in learning more about Iran - especially those who, like us, are on the outside looking in.
